Why does my dog have bumps in his mouth? - what does the inside of a dogs mouth look like
My dog has all the little bumps in the mouth. They look like small sores or pimples that have a normal behavior, if they are not so hurt.

My dog also. It may for some dogs have natural bumps in his mouth.
