I need to download a template for identifying the state of Colorado, or license the driving. I intend to make a joke about Elvis ID for a Halloween costume, and several other new ID's for friends. The ID must be true! =)

I hope that you are unable to do so. "Joke" models can be used illegally. In order to lead another "Elvis" license could be sent to prison.
